At Pawlume, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
